The human resources of our fruit company is as follows:
General Director (CEO): highest representative of the management and direction of the company.
After the CEO, there are 5 specialized area directors in each area.
- HR Director: in charge of directing and coordinating the human resources department.
- Financial Director: in charge of directing and coordinating the accounting of the company
- Operations Director oversees directing and coordinating the logistics of the company,
- Quality Director: in charge of directing and coordinating two very important departments of the company: marketing and quality, a very important value of the company
- Commercial Director: oversees directing and coordinating the purchasing and sales department of the company, purchases from suppliers and sales to customers.
After the area directors we find the section heads in this case we have 7 managers that we detail below.
- In the commercial department: there are two heads of purchasing.
- Another department of the company with section heads is quality, here they are divided into quality and marketing,
- Finally, the operations department has a warehouse manager, the field manager, and finally the head of maintenance.
Followed by the different workers:

- Warehouse workers who work in the different value chains
- Packers: personnel in charge of introducing the fruit into the boxes according to order and destination.
